Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of RAHY Heal Focus, the hospital operations platform, and its associated public booking site (together, the "Service"), operated by RAHY Healthcare ("RAHY", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Claim Focus is a separate RAHY Healthcare product with its own terms, available at claimfocus.in.

Heal Focus is a subscription hospital management platform covering patient records, OPD/IPD billing, inventory, procurement, finance, operations, HR, assets, and reporting, offered to hospitals and healthcare facilities ("Hospitals") on a software-as-a-service basis. The public booking site is a separate, patient-facing companion that lets patients request appointments with a Hospital.

A Hospital's administrator is responsible for creating and managing user accounts for its own staff, assigning roles and permissions, and deactivating access when a staff member leaves. Each user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activity under their account. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

The Service is offered on a free trial and on paid subscription tiers (monthly, annual, or multi-year) as published on our pricing page or agreed with your Hospital directly. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST), which are charged in addition to the listed price. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term unless cancelled before the renewal date. We may change pricing for future terms with reasonable prior notice.

Hospitals are solely responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the Service, for obtaining any consents required from their patients under applicable law before recording patient information, and for complying with all healthcare, data protection, and other regulations applicable to their operations. The Service is a record-keeping and operations tool — it does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for clinical judgment.

As between RAHY and a Hospital, the Hospital owns all patient, clinical, financial, and operational data it enters into the Service. RAHY processes this data solely to provide and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. On termination, a Hospital may request an export of its data within a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted from our systems.

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access data you are not authorized to see, interfering with the Service's operation, reverse-engineering the software, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

The Service, its software, design, and branding are the property of RAHY Healthcare and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your Hospital's internal operations — no other rights are granted.

We aim to keep the Service available and performant but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practical. Support is provided as agreed with your Hospital's plan.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAHY Healthcare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the subscription fees paid by the Hospital in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate a subscription in accordance with the agreed plan terms. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are materially breached, including non-payment or misuse of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
